Tickets and Box Office


Ticket sales are handled by our booking agent - TicketSource. They can be bought on the internet 24 hours a day and you are able to select your seats. A £1.50 booking fee is payable on all card transactions made on-line or in person at the box office. Cash transactions are not charged a fee at the box office.

You can choose to receive an eTicket (no additional fee), a mobile ticket (additional 50p fee) or postal tickets (additional £1.50 fee).

Telephone (TicketSource - 0333 666 3366):

TicketSource offers a Telephone Box Office Service for all events which is open:

  • Monday to Friday 9am – 7pm
  • Saturday 9am – 5pm.

Telephone bookings through TicketSource carry a £1.50 telephone service fee in addition to the ticket price and booking fee. The telephone service fee does include postal delivery of your tickets which will be sent out up until 96 hours prior to an event.  After this time, you can choose to receive your tickets by e-ticket or mobile phone text message.

TicketSource is available up to one hour before the event start time. After this time all ticket sales are made through the theatre directly.

You can also book in person at the theatre on Wednesday and Friday between 12pm and 6pm and our in theatre box office number (0114 255 1776) is available at these times (at all other times an answering machine is active).
Please note, throughout August the theatre is not open during the day for personal bookings or visits.
